They really messed up here. I have no doubt they will send out the missing pieces, but they should have been included from the start

Even if they send out the bonus parts will the base show Regular edition. If it does it won?t match unless every statue base is the same and only one edition exists of 500 statues in total

As others have said they only advertised one edition but in the past they have made additional version such as the Hordak exclusive of 30

I thought there was only 1 version of the 1/4, which would make them all "regular". It's been so long and I didn't order one that I didn't pay that much attention.

As for the missing parts, back in the day it took some time but as you said, D, with Sideshow dealing with the customer service it should move quicker. Though to give Chad credit, when I had issues with my Poison Ivy body, he hooked me up pretty quickly.
