It's in his contract, plainly written. They'll just end up paying out more for breach of contract. That's pretty stupid to me.

marvel is not stupid they dont want to have to pay him Milllions of dollars,
They will try and stall the money owed to him. He can also sue them for lawyer fees if he wins!
