yeah the non-comic ex is just the raised arm, lowered arm is great for this so reg should be more than enough imo ;p

I prefer the regular arm personally. It's always nice to have the EX, but in this case you'll be getting a really cool statue in the regular version. I don't think you're missing out on anything really desirable as you would with some regulars.

So any updates on this now we have a bit more official response going on in the PCS section?
Any idea when it may ship, any pictures of the changes that are said to have been made to the production pieces? I'm excited for this guy..
