Quick update - lightening bolt on the wall now sitting better in the slot. I'm starting to really love this statue. Every time I walk in the room, it just jumps out due to the brilliant red paint.

Ok so I'm still waiting for a replacement on the heads due to breakage after contacting SSC, but I haven't heard anything back.
Impatient though and went ahead and not only repaired the one head but went ahead with the repaint!
Only having the red redone.
Sorry for the poor photos. Just quick snaps.
A much more traditional comic book Flash.
I can't tell you how much I love this piece now!

Looks good. I still like my original paint application but if this repaint works better for you, congrats!

Thanks guys! It's a killer looking piece, regardless.
The piece caught me off guard unboxing it, I was amazed by the sculpt in person. I guess my expectations were slightly lower than normal.
Can not wait to finish my Justice League this year!

It’s just unfortunate that Prime 1 aren’t or can’t do a New 52 Aquaman to round out the team.

I'm returning mine. I'm not very picky, but I counted over a dozen paint flaws. No one will ever want this if I sell it in the future.

Out of all four I currently own. Sadly my favorite, The Flash is the sloppiest one. The paint app is the laziest out of the 4 so far. The colors bleed over each other throughout the corners and seams. The face/eyes are sloppy. The static electricity pieces also needed the hair dryer technique. Anyways it is awesome to see people try repaints. I love the metallic red they used. But those black lines everywhere got to go. The repaint posted above inspires me a lot. Oh yeah and mine came all in one piece, no breaks or anything.
What's this business about them not being able to do New 52 Aquaman?
Also, does anyone see this piece as having leaning issues as time goes on?
