Psh... metric...
Anywho... I've been hitting the gym a lot... walking and biking... trying to lose some weight.
Once I get to my goal weight me and the wife are going to an all inclusive beach resort type place.
Also... Hi aussies!!!

1 kg = 2.2 lbs
Rod has lost around 44 lbs.
I've lost 15 lbs (or about 6.8 KG) myself since christmas doing the Insanity workout (the one on tv infomercials). I love it! I feel so much healthier. On month two and the regimine is even harder.
I'm also playing softball now. I had to give up Jiu Jitsu since Jeff is not working right now due to nursing school. But been enjoying that, and both he and I are considering joining a softball team together.

Thanks for the conversion... I was mainly just throw it there to make fun of the metric system...
44 lbs... that's awesome.
I just finished my first week of going to the gym and doing weight watchers... Lost 2 pounds.
Only like 70 more to go.
Le~sigh
I would like to insanity, but I don't have the room and my ankles are really jacked up due to my "I'm going to play tons of dance dance revolution (with no shoes / support of course) to lose weight when I was at my max of 270 lbs" phase.

Congrats to you and to Rod, Mike.. that's awesome you guys are trimmin' up.
Thinkin' of pickin' up a workout system. No longer running, barely surfing, and haven't boxed in six months.

Yeah, I was playing it everyday... It wouldn't of been so bad if I had just put it on workout mode with the 1/8th steps off... I think the quick double steps are what did me in the most.
