That's crazy. $700 statue with an ES of 6000. The ES for Magneto was 3/4 of that and the EX is still hanging around, now with free shipping.

That's highly subjective and I disagree. Gambit looks great but Magneto has his own appeal and I far prefer his base to Gambit's. The Danger Room bases feel pretty uninspired to me.
This guy doesn't get as many statues though so, who knows, maybe he'll surprise everyone and sell out. At least for me, it's EX or nothing on this one. I really don't like the hair on the collector's version.

Sheesh...that's a brutal ES. People won't even get close to breaking even when/if the time comes that they sell off their collection.
O well, still a sick ass statue and I can't wait to get it!
