This is not the DOTM jetpack, it's clearly from ROTF.

Stray observations. The two thin lower wings in the back show up on the ROTF video when he's combining then disappear but aren't shown in the concept art. His face, legs/feet are not surrounded by armor in DOTM and it actually looks like the jetpack is strapped on him.

After watching that video above I can only imagine how many pieces this is going to be to put together.
