I'd actually prefer it if they didn't punch the hair like they did with the others. It doesn't look as natural as Bobbys. I think Bobby glued his hair on. If he did punch it in, he needs to teach CM his technique.
As for the pose...The only thing I'd change is the right arm and hand. I'd have it facing out more with the palm out.
