The Gifted (FOX TV Series)

Is anyone watching this X-Men TV show? I initially tuned in to see Polaris and Thunderbird even though I was disappointed when the series was first announced that FOX butchered their interpretation of what I assumed were the Fenris villains from the X-Men books.

It turns out I was wrong.
Spoiler
The real Fenris twins make an appearance in episode eight. The teenage Strucker siblings around whom the series is based were never Fenris at all, but their descendants.
And just like that I'm liking this series a lot more. Between this and Legion on FX, FOX's TV shows are handling the X-Men license much better than their movies lately.

I've enjoyed all of the episodes so far.

I watched the first 3 episodes, I found it boring and altogether uninteresting.

I find it more enjoyable than Agents of SHIELD.

I will say that much like the Netflix line-up, X-Men on TV is where it's at.

I like this show a lot. Lots of lower tier characters adapted straight from the books. The story moves along at a decent pace too.

Finished watching the series and it was an enjoyable show. Predictable but enjoyable. Glad to hear there will be a second season.
