While those are all interesting photoshopped pieces not one of those influences me to want to buy these more than I did when i saw the sculpts on FB. Also, the grey boots are killing the color piece for me.

Btw, Erick says on his facebook page that he cannot wait to print the portraits of Batman and Superman and make some improvements through wax. He says, and I quote, "I am going all Hot toys on them portraits."

please keep this on topic of the great stuff being produced,
The folks that run the company will decide on how these are marketed. no need to discuss a persons marketing skills etc on a thread about statues.

Well , what's wrong with discussing? Marketing is a very important part of every business. Do we have to talk the same things repeatedly? I really can't understand this way of thinking! Don't you watch Sideshow's Court of the Dead videos? They are very good example of how you sell a new line which is not based on a license! We call it marketing strategy! Sorry, but if we cant talk or discuss whatever we want in a civil way, what is the reason of having a forum? Let people talk, let people do brainstorming together!

Setup a new thread in the general statue & Collectible section with a title something like "marketing collectibles" and discuss it there.
