Negative, I thought the same on mine but hold a piece of paper straight across your monitor lined up with the center of his left pupil. I used a level on my statue
His left eye will be center of the pupil while the right eye will be the bottom of his pupil. Thus a slight googly eye on his right looking up...

Negative. I think his right brow being down more gives it that illusion. When I look at him from the other side it looks like his left eye is higher. If it's off it's not by much.

Eye on his right is slightly higher than the other side for sure.
Likely not noticeable in person.

The satsui no hado is sooo strong within Akuma that it caused his eyes to go googly in the process  .
I'll see myself out now  .

I don't think it's bad, and quite honestly I bet the majority of them are slightly off. I still have a couple more boxed up that I need to inspect.  I don't think PCS would do anything, but offer me a refund if I made a fuss about it.
