Pretty sure my Akuma will have the wrong price on the invoice again but FedEx sort it out as long as the code is on the invoice.

Jmac, who delivered to you? UPS, USPS (who use Parcelforce) or Fedex? As long as the label says 970300 you should be able to claim it back.
Would like to see PCS use USPS for all UK shipping as I haven't had any issues with them. It's Fedex and UPS who fail the basic reading test and overcharge.

Dude why did you pay it? Pcs invoice has the code 9703000000 on it which comes under "original sculptures" and is supposed to be charged at 5%. I get PCS to use FedEx for me to the UK. My Oro arrived with a higher price and after I contacted them and explained, they lowered the price. My Akuma too arrived with a £120 charge and once again I've emailed them and now just waiting for that price drop again. Claim that back man.

How do I claim back, i paid through bank transfer, first time receiving a statue, so had no idea, I haven't got any invoice so I can't see what code is on it?

Who was it sent by? Parcelforce or FedEx? What paper work did you get with Akuma?

Hi, it at the clearance place with FedEx, so it hasnt been delivered yet to me and no paperwork, once delivered, I will let you know the code and from there, shall I try claim? Will call them up today to see if they got my payment for delivery,
