Copa America 2016

Any Soccer fans inhere? We are in the Semifinals of Copa America 2016.

USA vs Argentina

Chile vs Colombia.

Chile had one of their best games ever winning with 7-0 over Mexico!!!

Between this tournament and UEFA I've been watching a lot of soccer. Colombiano here. So it's pretty amazing to see my boys in the semis. They've done well but I still have some concerns I have yet to see them address. Especially with how Chile performed last night. James needs to score early and the team needs to play smart.

I'll always root for USA, but I think their time is up. Messi wants this tournament and I don't think we can stop him.

I'm a huge soccer fan. I didn't miss a single match last copa and the same for this one. I played for the Brazilian team in Panama for 2 years, ages ago, and also at Auburn University. My grandfather played for the Peruvian team as well.
Lum: Chileno here. We'll see what happens tonight!

You're a Chileno?! What are the chances?

Yeah, man. You guys were scary against Mexico. Not because they put up 7 goals and shut them out, but because they were relentless. They were sprinting at 100% nearly all the way to the 90th minute. I'll tell you right now, we can't match that sort of speed and stamina. So our only hope is to score a couple of goals early while we still have energy in the tank. We shall see indeed.

Without Vidal, it's going to be tough. He's the one that makes the transition from defense to offense go so smoothly and is relentless. His passes are on the money as well as his energy so we will see if Chile can survive playing the #3 FIFA ranked team.
I will say this, if the match were to be Colombian women vs Chilean women, Colombia would win before it even starts. I lived in Venezuela and seen plenty of beautiful Colombian women (dated one)!

Have to say that I enjoy Aly Wagner's halftime analysis the most. Fiore seems to be better at just saying Gooooal, than making an analysis. I listen to him and at times I wonder how much he really knows about soccer and its strategies.

I seriously don't know how Fiore got that job. Did the network just think "ok, we need to hire a guy with a strong spanish accent and is good at saying "GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!"?

If half time didn't kill Colombia's momentum then this weather delay certainly destroyed it.
