I've lost 10 pounds so far. My goal is to lose 60. A long ways to go, but I'm feeling good and confident.

I failed . Yesterday at work I couldn't take it any more and went out and bought my usual spicy chicken wings and fries.

I didn't get a soft drink though

Hang in there and give it hell guys. I went from 238 to 190 in 2009. I used p90x, and it has me in terrific shape. It sheds pounds, builds muscle, severely increases flexibility(the real fountain of youth) and overall cardio health.

I wish you all the best on sticking with it.

I'm eating 6 small meals a day rather than 2 large ones ... and started working out with a trainer 3 times a week (who's KICKING MY ASS), on top of going to the gym twice a day for cardio ... I'm feeling GREAT!

I have a bet set up with Jim to lose 50 pounds ... that I DO NOT intend to lose.

My goal is to be between 165 and 170 at the end of all this.

Good luck to all of you, and keep up the good work

I'm going in the opposite direction as most of you, but I'm busting my hump in the gym right with you. I'd like to hit around 210 lbs and still be able to see my abs. I can probably only get to 205 but I like to aim high.
