Were the golden ticket winners announced? I must have missed this.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

make sure you're using the one with the (s)

sales@prototypezstudios.com

if that doesn't work they usually respond very quickly via personal emails.

Same problem here GenoToys, I've been waiting for a reply for weeks; still no replacement or any communication from them.
I'm very dissapointed with Protoypez studios for the lack of customer service; i really like there products but this will probably be first and last time I will purchase anything form them again.

Just got mine in. It is awesome! A couple issues but the good far outweighs the bad. Mine has a bit of a lean like others- havent decided yet if I want to fuss with the hole and a drill or maybe just slide something under the front to level it a bit. Ideally would like to make a custom single base for Ken and Ryu. Mine also has the gaps in the belt area but actually on the Hadoken torso (pictured closeup) its not nearly as bad. Also had a small small chip on the underside of his gi next to my thumbnail. I think it was maybe chipped before painting? Its so minor Im not even worried about it. The presentation made me feel like a princess- metal cornered box and velvety interior. Nice job guys, reeeally cant wait for Ken now!

Does your leg fit flush in peg? Which torso has a lean?

Yeah both feet are flush to the base. Both torsos lean, its the lower body. I think the problem is the peg hole was drilled at the wrong angle or else the peg is in his foot wrong.

You can see how he leans in the last pic. Other angles arent quite as bad.
