With how expensive getting sketches are nowadays, even from lesser known (and sometimes practical unknown) artists, it's not that huge a stretch to think that someone of Hughes popularity might actually try something like this.

Ten years ago, this rumor would have been totally laughed out of the room. Today, not so much.

The best thing Alison can do is not post on public forums as she comes across as ....well not very nice.

I love Adams work and wish him all the best at comic con and in the future.

Well....at least a few people won't have to fight the crowds and line at his booth.



It sucks for people with limited budgets....but this method is still relatively fair, all things considered.

When I was at Heroes, I was watching him work on a piece. I asked him if he had ever done a Hulk at a convention and he said only once. Pretty much settled it for me not to try and get on his list at the convention, not worth the effort.

I've had 2 of the artists I rep call me and tell me of this story.
After I told them that the story was the most ridiculous story I have heard and that there is no way it could be true, they calmed down and agreed.
