Yes, my Negan PO was canceled by EE. I am using EE as a backup incase I can't order one directly.

Sorry to hear that.
Yeah, that's a good plan for this Daryl the more I think about it. Just wish McFarlane would give us a clue when they will open pre-orders.

A rep from McFarlane replied to my email and said this will go up for order on the official McFarlane site on the week of July 18th for those of us waiting to order direct.

Where are you looking?
They appear to still be up for PO at BBTS and Entertainment Earth, for example. Both are charging above MSRP though and it remains to be seen if they'll be allocated on their orders.
If earlier comments here are still accurate, just pay attention to the McFarlane Toys website during SDCC next week. They're expected to sell him directly and that will probably be the guaranteed (and cheapest) way to get him at this point.
