Like I said, I don't mind the designation going to someone else, as a matter of fact I think that's cool, but, and there is a but, if you're going to show someone else with the designation I need to know about that person. Show me how they got there. Bond is Bond, he's been there for decades, a new 007 needs an origin story.

There hasn't been a good Bond movie in ages.
Why don't they drop current day and do period pieces from when the Bond stories actually occur?
