What crossovers could work?

What crossovers could work?

What Marvel titles do you believe would be well-suited for crossovers (assuming the creative teams want to do it, and have good ideas for the story)?

Some that came to mind for me....
The Hulk/ Thor This might be a cool second year event for the titles, and the battle between the two could be one of the most vicious in comics (in a good way.) It would make the most sense to have one artist on the story, to create a sense of artistic unity, and there's no one better for the project than John Romita Jr, who has done excellent work with both franchises.

Amazing Spider-Man/ The Thunderbolts The Thunderbolts could probably cross-over well with any book starring unregistered heroes (the New Avengers, the Hulk and Thor) but considering that two of the members are Spider-Man enemies, ASM makes the most sense. One way to do it would be have the first and last chapters be Thunderbolts issues, with three issues of ASM in between. I know there's going to be a brief Thunderbolts VS Spider-Man sequence in Slott/ Romita Jr's upcoming ASM six-parter, but it is something that could easily be the focus of a five part storyline.

You should think outside the Marvel box

What about inter-company crossovers?

I've always liked the idea of a Batman/Punisher crossover. These two would fight and it NOT be due to a misunderstanding.

It would also finally settle who would win in a full scale battle between the two.

I just finished watching The Rocketeer and was reminded what a great movie it was which reminded me what a great comic it was.
Since The Rocketeer took place in Los Angeles in the late 30's and early 40's, how cool would a Rocketeer/Captain America crossover have been. The two practically lived in the same world. Steve could have made his way West for some reason and the two could have crossed paths.
Now that we've lost Dave Stevens, this one will have to exist only as a great "what-if?"

The one by DC had Az-Bats & Punisher. Bad storyline

Marvel's had Bats & Punisher. It actually wasn't bad.
I wasn't thrilled with JRJR Batman though.
The Punisher hauled of & hit Bats.
Bats said
" I let you have that one because you probably think I deserved it."
Punisher tries to throw another punch & Bats just catches his hand & says
"I said one. Don't test me Castle"
