I got my 20x30 Xmen battle... It took a few years, but Jamie kept in touch. My only criticism is he shipped it between pieces of 20x30 foamcore. And of course one of the corners was dinged. Luckily he left an inch border, so the damage didn't hit the art work and would be covered by a mat... But it's frustrating to wait so long and have something damaged due to shipping.

Anyone know what his turn-a-round time is currently? Is he getting things out quickly or in some other fashion?

Save yourself some head aches and just buy from his eBay sales.

Couldn't agree more. Jamie seems like a nice guy and there's no denying his talent, but one can only take so many "I blue-lined your piece, then a hurricane hit my basement and I lost it. It was going to be phenomenal"-type replies before you start pulling your own hair out. Combine this with new commission lists and ebay auctions for new commissions while others waited for years on their pre-paid pieces and it makes for a horrendous experience. And to be honest, when I got my piece, I was underwhelmed by it...NOT worth the headache.

I've gotten two commissions from Jamie (like I've commented earlier in this thread) and never had a problem. The completion dates did get pushed back a couple of times, but he was always apologetic and always had great communication. Which is a lot more than I can say for some artists that I have dealt with in the past.
