Check minute 3'44" of this booth tour. I'd say they're both 1:3, but I could be wrong - perhaps Bats should be a bit larger if so, him being a (big) man and all?

Yeah, I would say that if she’s 1/3 then he is too. As far as that Bane statue goes, the website calls it “Bane vs Batman Rebirth”, but I don’t see a Batman that goes with it.
