Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Well then I am very proud that one of my concept design is part of your amazing collections

XM did not fix the helmet head.

If there is a gap in the neck like others including myself posted a few pages back, that's not supposed to be like that. I suggest you try and wiggle the head or insert at a different angle. If you still have a gap contact BBTS and ask for another head. Provide them pictures of the gap. It has been hit or miss with these replacement heads.

Your first picture is exactly the problem I had. Mine was from SF btw. It's the luck of the draw when you a get a piece but I highly recommend your XM purchases with Todd. XM told him to tell me to wiggle the head or try a different angle. He fixed my WW issue in 2 weeks.

well, according to XM mine is fine.. Gap is normal and helmet paint is acceptable. The vid they sent is of someone twisting the head in the statue and howsing how the gap lessens.. its still there though. I can post it somewhere if anyone wants.

Thank you for your submission.

The gap at the neck area is normal. I have attached a video for your reference; you may need to turn the head to minimise the gap.

Base on the photo, the paint application of the Helmet portrait is acceptable. I have attached a photo of our sample for your reassurance. Thank you.

Lol that gap is not acceptable. Mine wouldn’t even fit in the hole to be turned.
