So I received Poison yesterday, and let me start out by saying that fortunately there was nothing wrong that I couldn’t repair lol.
But for my first AP.... Well, I’m hoping for no more APs because I’m pretty sure the base sticker being AP was the reason this base was so jacked up.
The box appeared to have been opened at some point... I presume by PCS to apply the sticker to the bottom of the base.
The sticker was about a half inch off the bottom (lmao) with the plastic bag it was in basically glued to the overhung portion of the sticker.
And the foam feet on the bottom of the base were stretched and hanging off with styrofoam from the packaging stuck to them. This happened when base was jammed back into the styrofoam.
I presume this all occurred during the sticker placement process, because everything else was perfect.
Only the signed base was beat to sh!t.
I peeled the foam feet off, and fixed them. I pulled the plastic bag off off the sticker. The peeled off the entire bottom sticker and placed it on properly.
Now my Artist Proof looks normal.
Base aside, she is an absolutely gorgeous statue and I couldn’t be happier with the statue!
The hair is incredible, the MM cloth and chains are fantastic.
Both portraits and very attractive, and look stunning with her very fun/cool little hat!
This statue/character has attitude for days, and I love that!
