Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Man...
I completely understand the frustration of those getting damaged pieces.
I was lucky enough to get a piece with no damages due to shipping. The magnets had no problems either.
This is my first experience with the crumbly styrofoam. While a nuisance, I didn't think it was worth shipping the statue back or anything...I guess I'd feel more angry if my piece showed up broken though.
I think the paint is great. I don't feel it looks cartoony or anything...to me it looks like the game did.
I love the pose and sense of motion in the statue. For me, it really has presence.
I am still very excited to see what comes next in the line.
From the comments posted, I don't know if I was just lucky with the condition of my piece or what, but my attitude towards this piece remains very positive...I love it!
Anyways, my two cents, for what its worth.

It's nice to read a positive summary of this statue. Hopefully, there won't be too many more instances of broken Scorpions in the coming days. I really hope, too, that those that got broken pieces get things resolved; if you ordered from SSC they'll look after you so hang in there.

Don't get me wrong I love how the statue came out
Just bad luck and annoying 2 magnets came off
After waiting all this time can't fully enjoy the
Statue , really frustrating to say the least
Now the process to call SS solve the issue
Gets real tiring after a while

Well, I don't think Jerry can solve all problems, like my Mumm Ra, ss don't even replace it's head since they said they don't have no more replacement for sold out item, they offer me a full refund or partial refund.....what if it happen to this statue?

The paint does look really dull, kinda makes it look like plastic i guess? Like somebody said, expected it to pop more. Not a huge issue for me as final products often don't look as good as they do on the box (I'm sure there is some touching up done to the pics for boxes). I'm much more concerned about the broken pieces.
