149 is good by me 
I would definitely NOT let the 99 know who they are because it's very likely they will say NO to the 149 ES.
The decision should be made without that knowledge.
149 is clearly tiny compared to the number of people that tried to get one.
EDIT: I would not cancel mine.

Besides if people do cancel when they find out it's an ES of 149 you will still sell 149.
And if for some bizarre reason lots of people cancel and you end up with less that 149 people then you can bring the ES down again!
