I've asked Todd at Spec Fiction for clarification/confirmation.
OK thx.
For clarification to other fans of this statue design.

Original VARA statue was 24 inches (1/4 scale)

This new Reventure VARA is listed smaller at 18 Inch high.

It's probably just a typo. 18" would make it only 1/6 scale, BTW, from what I can tell.

Just received a reply from Todd/Devin concerning the size of Vara, she is 1/4 scale and should be close to 24", they are waiting for confirmation on the exact finished size.

The dimensions that were on the ReVenture website were NOT correct. This is a 1/4 scale piece 100%. Will have exact measurements soon.

Man really liking this..would look great next to my XM Angelus when I get her. Really thinking about pulling the trigger..but that June Release date means $1000 much sooner than later.

I love that Reventure took over this project. So many people were burned by Legion. It’s not right. I know for a 100% fact this project now had nothing to do with Dave Cassi. This was literally saved from the depths of purgatory and now it is being realized. That’s something to applaud. I think the model looks amazing and I would happily display this somewhere. For those that were let down by the original order, I’m deeply sorry. There is little in this hobby that’s more upsetting than people lying and taking hard earned money from fellow collectors. The opposite is this reventure of the project. I applaud all those involved. It’s correcting a course, righting a wrong. Bravo.

I'm definitely waiting for photos of the retail version. The prototype shown here really doesn't look good .

Legion Studios ?
I thought Vara was by Reventure Studios
Speculative Fiction as Vara by Reventure Studio (no 's')

I decided to pre_order this
I so hope the factory is top end, with a the price tag of $899 is on the high side. I look forward to seeing the companion piece, Dracula!

Both portraits look good. I like the white/grey hair portrait for the mouth open look. I liked the red hair portrait as it looks rather good!

What made me push the buy button? - easy! ..i was watching Collective Minds Ep. 31
Sculptor Franco Carlesimo was in the chat, along with the usual suspects
