Starfield - Bethesda

Just pre ordered this. This will be my first game purchase in several years. Looking forward to finally playing a new game. Anyone else picking this up?

Elder Scroll games were superb, but Fallout 4's story was so stupid... I didn't like the game at all. Will i take a look at Starfield... may be. I am not much of gamer anyway.

I started playing this the other day. I need to play it some more because so far it’s honestly just OK. But to be fair, a lot of the Games Bethesda makes do tend to start out on the slower side.

My husband and three other friends are playing this. It is a slow build like other Bethesda games, but damn it’s pretty. I’ve played Fallout, but I don’t know if I want to play Fallout in space.

BTW - if you have GamePass, I believe it’s free to play on there!

I’ve got Remnant 2 to play…

Looks realistic... It is also inspiring. First thing came to my mind when i saw this robot was Humans can send Humanoid Robots with AI to Mars and they can get Mars ready for Human arrival by building a city for humans and machines to create a breathable atmosphere etc.

Just so ya know...

Any news you read about a breathable atmosphere, and thoughts of terraforming Mars to make it livable like Earth...are impossible.

What frequently gets omitted from that conversation is that Mars has no global magnetic field. Without it, any atmosphere that is created will be blown away by solar winds, and organic creatures on the surface will be killed by cosmic radiation.

Of course, protective domes, etc. are still feasible. But there is no turning Mars into Earth, even if Musk says it.
