Fantastic Four 2 Sequel Update From The Human Torch Himself

an Interview with the man who played the energetic comic character of Johnny Storm The Human Torch Chris Evans was recently interviewed and here it is:

Total Film caught up with Chris Evans, who played Human Torch in Fantastic Four, and asked him about the status of the sequel. Here's a few clips:

According to Chris Evans – Mr Human Torch himself – plans for a sequel to the superhero success are well underway. "Oh yeah, we're doing one," he told totalfilm.com. "We start next June."

"There'll definitely be new villains," says Evans. "They said something about Mole Man and The Puppet Master. I think they should bring Dr Doom back!" Don’t hold your breath, kids. Julian "Doom" McMahon has already indicated he's not under as strict a contract as the rest of the cast.

Visit the link above for the full interview. Fox is targeting a July 4, 2007 release date for the sequel.

WOW Mole Man & The Pupet Master!

yea I know...

and in another article I think it was Jessica Alba, she mentions that the action in this movie will surpass any Marvel Movie out.

I can see that happening too

This blows chunks! I had heard it was going up against Transformers in 2007...but never got confirmation until now. Transformers is gonna annihilate the Moleman & the Puppetmaster!

So they are trying for a Fourth of July release date again. As long as they don't get bumped by WOTW II
