I'm hoping 1/4! 
No room for anymore 1/3, Sub and Scorpion are perfect pair to tower over my 1/4 MK collection.
But then I can't say no to any MK Klassic statues right now!!

Shao is same height as Goro, so he would be as big as 1/3 without the base at 1/4.
If he is 1/4, I hope they get him in scale this time, Shao Kahn is same height as Kintaro and Goro in the game.

MK9 Shao Kahn is far from tiny. PCS scales are so out of wack. MK Klassic statues are bigger than 1/4 scale, and the Street Fighter line is smaller than 1/4 scale. MK9 Kahn as well as the rest of the MK9 line, is scaled the same size as the Street Fighter line. If you think Kahn is small, people are paying a fortune for a small PCS Akuma and Shin. lol!
PCS cant seem to keep the scales consistant. And Im betting this one is 1/3 scale, judging by the scotch tape pack in the picture and how big the shoulder pads are. They look like theyre nearly the size of a persons hand.
