If you ask me, they just used the 'Spider-Verse' theme as a pretext to pair a popular name, as you said, with some more Marvel babes, plus the Spidey de rigueur. It should be a recipe for sales success.

Spidey is flawless in design and execution. Kudos to Mr. Brooks and everyone involved. Again, and this is the last time I'll mention it, it's too bad about the base.

Spidey's base looks terrible IMO. Gwen's and Silk's are MUCH better.

Spidey looks great! However that base is HORRENDOUS so will be an unfortunate pass for me.

For sure. That base ruins the whole statue for me. It's too bad because they have a nice thing going with the ladies.
