DC revealed the second statue in their new Arkham City series:
I assume more details will hit when they solicit it later this month.

I was so looking forward to a line of Arkham City statues... the nailed Harley, but I'm not sure what's going on here...

Not the best...then again certainly NOT the worst. BUT, it is the Joker...I gotta pick him up for sure.

Well it is a pass. I will wait for Hot Toys. I hope they will make him. The will release Batman from the game and I hope Joker will not be an exception.

Unfortunately I believe that the statue depicts the Joker having puked on his hands based on the spit up he constantly had in the game.
Not my favorite but I am happy that they didnt go crazy with the facial rotting he had in the game.
