With Geoff Johns working on Aquaman, hopefully, he'll be showcased more (at all?) in DC's statues. I'd get an Aquaman versus Black Manta.

Yeah I guess I should have elaborated on my "dead" statement. Dead in the sense that DCD has all but abandoned the original theme of "Classic Confrontations." They seem to just be slapping the "CC" label on any diorama nowadays. TDKR: Batman Vs Bane is anything but classic as its based on a modern interpretation of the characters. Superman Vs Muhammad Ali was just laughable and while Frank Miller's Superman Vs Batman is a classic its a bit to stylized for most I'd imagine. The few good match-ups in the past 3 years - Batgirl Vs Catwoman and Superman Vs Brainiac were botched by uninspired groupings/poses. The lone exception being the GL Vs Parallax piece.
As with so many things DCD there were many promising possibilities. Unfortunately the line is all over the place now and feels squandered and irrelevant.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I was lucky enough to get this directly from Ray himself. He redid some of the paint work, and he was nice enough to sign the base, COA and box for me as well.
I also had to change my pants when I saw that he included Batman's head that they used for the mold.
Favorite piece in my collection by far.
Ray was extremely friendly as well. What a good guy.

Yeah Ray is the best. I comissioned him to customize his 1/4 scale DCD Green Lantern with a light-up ring for me and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Class act and a genuinely good guy.

Sold mines recently, it was definitely one of my favorite diorama pieces and I regret not getting a chance to display it, but it was great while I had it out to take pictures.
