Well be afraid because mine arrived with her hair broken and some extra red wire that came from who knows where. Also, the base is damaged and is there suppose to be a print because I didn't get one. Also, the box arrived like someone threw grease all over it. So far I'm not impressed with XM and this will be my one and only statue because of the price you pay for them, they had better be damn perfect. The only good news is that Secret compass is awesome and replacing her for me.

You are in the USA and got a XM Statue from Germany? But Secret compass in the USA will replacing it? It´s more like a statue from 2nd or 3rd hand, what happend to the package? Looks again like it was 2-3 times on the way.
What you are talking about has nothing to do with XM Studios QC.

I ordered through Secret Compass (USA) and they got it from their person over in Germany. All is good, they are replacing it. I was just so excited for this piece to arrive and then this happens after waiting 3 weeks

Maybe ask Secret Compass if they can check the piece before shipping.

Mine came from Simply toys and I had the same damage on this head sculpt. I am supposed to be receiving a replacement after the Chinese new year. A hello to all the SF peeps.
