This is another fun one...
The artist Shane Glines: Glines worked as a layout and cleanup artist for Spümcø, before becoming a character designer at Warner Bros. for DC Comics based series such as Batman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond. He also did character design work on Cartoon Network's Samurai Jack and was the lead character designer on Harley Quinn.

I really like the base on this. Shane really has a Timm style going on and if these were comic based or I saw a line continuing, I'd be down to own some. Love the animated styling of the piece. Devil Girl is cute, just not my jam.
