SIDESHOW EMAILS NOT WORKING
I been trying all day yesterday to email side show and all there emails are coming back to me as..."mailer daemon"...never had this issue...and also tried calling all day and did not get a rep.

I never got the mailer daemon response, however, the chances of getting a rep on the phone are generally low, at least for me. If I call, I'll get someone on the phone maybe 1 in 5 times. I just call back and hope I get lucky. I've left messages in the past but never got a call back so I don't bother leaving messages anymore. The online chat is an even more difficult means to reach someone. I've waited as long as 20 minutes (while surfing the internet) and still got no response. I just give up and try again later. Sending e-mails can sometimes take 4-5 days to get a response. It is what it is, I'm afraid.

same here. although i was attaching large ish pictures. maybe thats the problem or are u just sending a query?

just did it again and they went threw... i sent the pics one at a time all 5 was to much...so i did not have it come back hope this works...its about my emblem on my sinestro

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks back. Your pictures are probably too big and have to be reformated. You can host them on imageshack or flickr and then download them at a size that is compatible for emails.
You can then email customer service or use the form on this page:

Just keep dialing 0 and eventually you will get through. It's faster then going through email.

How does a business's customer service dept not answer their phone on a regular basis and even worse don't return voice mails? I have experienced it myself.
There is definitely something afoot at Sideshow lately.

As an IT person I always sigh when people get an NDR and their immediate response is MAIL SERVER DOWN OMFG WTF. It literally tells you what the problem is in the NDR, read it ffs :| 98% of the time it's cause the person who sent the mail did something wrong.
