The Azrael you are talking about was created in the 90's after the Who's Who series was completed. This Azrael was a guy who looked like an angel, wings and all, that hung out with the Teen Titans.

Isn't it a pity that DC is afraid to release some of these great looking characters instead of the continuous line of Superman and Batman pieces. Its like Marvel just releasing Spider-man and Wolverine pieces. Its a shame.
