Batman statue question

My LCS has a Batman statue that is based off the cartoon art. It looks at least 16" tall. He is standing holding his right arm up with a gun or something in it. He had a sign by it saying it was rare some type of AP and a price tag of $1000. I don't have a pic, but does anyone know what the heck this is??

this one

I have 2 of them this one and them one which is odd becaue the base is solid black I bought them both from the WBSS store in Orlando when they were released from what I was told the one with the solid black base they must have gotten lazy on the production line (the whole 2500 pieces of these were not produced due to the closing of the Warner bros stores and the paint jobs were thrown on alot of them and there are paint flaws in almost everyone produced, over time the yellow and the flesh colors have cracked in tiny hair lines) and forgot to paint it, but looks better to me because the yellow bat in the black oval is incorrect and heck I'll sell ya it for alot less than $1,000 LOL

WTF? My mate picked up one at the WB store autographed by Kevin Conroy in Australia for $A350 last year.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
