I’m still curious where that poster got his quote. I wonder if he ordered from a supplier or retailer from Asia. That might explain it. Spec Fiction has their shipping expected to be $220. I know that isn’t a hard number, but I can’t imagine it would be $700 off!

Please excuse the quality of my photos, but I just wanted to share a few pics and some thoughts. For the collectors who ordered this exquisite piece, you will not be disappointed.
Uman Studio did a tremendous job with the sculpting, especially with the armor on the horse and the Witchking himself. The detailing of the orcs were done very well, especially their weapons. The paint apps on the armor really gives the impression that the armor is real. They did a great job on the color shading of the base.
The packaging was perfect as there are so many fragile sharp pieces to this statue, from the Witchking's crown to the frontal armor on the horse; not one broken piece during transit.
I hope Uman Studio continues this line with other LOTR pieces. Happy collecting.

Thank you and I agree with your comment 100%. IMHO, this is an "impact piece" to most collections. My wife has never paid any attention to my statues in the 5 years I've been collecting, but when she saw my Witchking statue yesterday, she said, "OMG, this is incredible, just incredible!" Congrats to all who ordered this one.
