Magdalena (red)
Hi guys not sure if this is the right place to put this but admins pls let me know and I will move to the correct heading.
A few years ago I bought the first magdalena statue and it was quite an complishment. Becos its a pain to order anything thru a comic book store here. Anyway I went thru a divorce ended up selling the statue to someone who promised to resell it back to me. Well years later I went back he has it still and denies I door it to him.
Does anyone know where I can get one its almost impossible to find. Not the black version I'm looking for the red. And not the 2 new versions. Have attached a pic of the statue
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ebay is your best bet. If you're patient, you could probably buy one for under $300. However, as you live in SA, I imagine taxes and shipping may be pricey. You can also try the buy/sell statues pages on Facebook.

Not really worried about the shipping and taxes. Problem with ebay is that only the black version is mostly available. There was a red recently for $3000 an artist proof. Bit much. But ill keep looking...hopefully she pops up soon

The last few Mags that you're looking for sold between $200-$250. It'll come. Be patient.

My first expensive purchase but it was worth it. The details, painting and design really made this piece a stand-out.
The newer red version pales into comparison to this wonderful piece.
What I love most about it, is that the face for this piece and the bust looks the same.
I wish you luck in getting her and really...patience is a virtue. In time, you will get her again.

I think I found her...thanks for the encouragement guys. Where im from ppl have this nasty habit of making sure u don't get it. Ive had her I know for a fact she looks good as a centre piece. Hopefully she gets to me in one piece. Hahaha
