Sideshow Chronicle Collectible Pre-Orders

Has anyone contacted Sideshow about Chronicle Collectibles Pre-Order items that dont look like they will ever by full-filled by Chronicle?

Wondering if Sideshow will refund the Pre-Order deposit or if Sideshow had purchased the rights and going to produce them?

Moya was refunded by Sideshow with the explanation that Chronicle has said not to manufacture it.

Interestingly other collectibles (also maybe more sellable items) are still visible there even if not possible to preorder those.

Sideshow purchased a bunch of their remaining stock to flip, but anything that hasn't been released yet they probably are not getting.

I think if you ask for a refund you get it.

I asked about my pre-order, not asking for refund. This is what I got back. See attached screen shots.

I think its over, but only have one small deposit on the line with sideshow.

Yea, those are just canned replys and mean nothing. I would get your money back asap. You can always reorder if someone else released them.

This is an update regarding your preorder for the Cryo-Can (Item #905015).

Unfortunately we have received an update from the manufacturer that they have cancelled production for this item. As such we must cancel your order. The order will show as canceled in your online account, within the next 1 to 2 business days.

Any payments made including deposits will be refunded. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund process to be completed. Any rewards points redeemed will also be returned.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.
