You dont have to apologize for pushing a PO back. The only time I as a collector get mad at delays are when either A. I dont know what the delay is about and the producer gives me no idea as to why or B. The delay is a shiping issue and out of your hands, meaning I'd not be mad at you anyhow (Sideshow's current situation. I dont blame them for union strikes.)
If you're pushing back a PO because you dont feel the product is up to par in quality, we all win. A customer cant very well complain when the reason for a push back on PO date is because those same customers were requesting changes and improvements all through the design process. You guys are artists, and art takes time. Keep up the good work gentlemen. I cant buy all your products, as I simply cant afford to. But I will continue to buy as many as logically possible, because not only do I really enjoy your product, but I deeply respect your work ethic and dedication to the craft and its fans.
Bryan, PM sent about an earlier discussion we've had.
