If you look closely at the second and third pictures the peg on his right foot is showing. So not in the correct spot.

Those eBay pics seem to be purposely taken to conceal the issues with the engineering.

Based on what jeremydmc posted, I contacted the seller about the situation. He said that he's aware of the issue, but there's no mention of the defects in his listing.

Seems like they're playing dead, most of the comments on the Harley's Holiday statue assembly video were about the Batman vs Harley statue.
