I thought that too, then as Vend mentions...the ammo pick-ups in the game sort of hover, with a bit if bob, and rotate.

So I assume they are trying to recreate the aspect / illusion of the game's "world".

I have always wanted a statue of Solid-Snake, but I think F4F didn't do it justice. Oh well, money saved!

Ok just watched the video preview and let me be honest:

- best metal gear solid statue ever
- best solid snake statue ever

Pose, sculpt and paint are top notch. Exclusive goggles night vision and spinning ammo? So iconic...must have!!!

I like it but don't love it. Liking it may still be enough to get it though considering how long I've been a fan of the series. I remember my mom getting me MGS1 on PSX for my birthday years ago at a Comp USA!

Hey guys. Jumping in.

We heard the feedback. We are looking into the SOCOM gun. Have to get approval from Licensor about this. FYI, our Snake is based from the legacy collection. Plus we used direct 3d files from licensor.

I really like the statue. The rotating ammo box is awesome but IMO the face is a little bit off even if it's from konami. Will there ever be another version of snake Alex? Maybe a pixel version or a mgs2 snake ?

I think you guys did a great job. However, it's really important how committed F4F is to continue the line and finish the roster. Sniper Wolf, Psycho Mantis, Vulcan Raven, Ocelot, and Liquid Snake.

Will dive in if the support is there. I think there is enough MGS fans that will buy into this line since a 1/4 statue version of them has never been done.

Impressive statue. I'm holding out for Snake + Quiet from The Phantom Pain

For those that are complaining about the face, maybe he just needs a little more scruffiness since a lot of the artwork has been based on that look.
