The Matrix Resurrections (2021) - Return to a world of two realities: one, everyday life; the other, what lies behind it. To find out if his reality is a construct, to truly know himself, Mr. Anderson will have to choose to follow the white rabbit once more.
I'm not invested much in this franchise (I've only seen the previous three movies once--back when they were released) so I thought this was alright on its own. 6/10

E stata la mano di Dio / The Hand of God (2021) - In 1980s Naples, young Fabietto pursues his love for football as family tragedy strikes, shaping his uncertain but promising future as a filmmaker.
I usually love director Paolo Sorrentino's projects, but this was just "very good" compared to his usual "amazing". Maybe the subject matter was a little too personal? It did look amazing, though. 8/10

Paper Moon - (1972) - 9/10
Have decided to watch a couple Peter Bogdanovich movies now that he's passed. Kicked things off tonight with his amazing Paper Moon. It's no wonder that a ten year old Tatum O'Neil won for best supporting actress. She steals the movie from her Dad. Shot in beautiful B&W with a soundtrack that sets a complete mood. You absolutely go back in time to the Great Depression.
