The whole lower half of the production piece looks very disappointing in comparison to the protoype. Hopefully both the shorts and the stockings are moveable and these Facebook pictures are just bad positioning. We'll know for sure when JND releases the video on Wednesday.

Should we be acceptive of this? That's pretty obvious inaccuracies.. On top of the changed shorts and unchanged and rather unsightly seam line.

If what we're seeing is what they plan on delivering, I'd say this is unacceptable. The seam line I can live with, but the granny shorts kills a lot of the sexiness this piece had going. IMO, the likeness on this piece is around 95%, but the main selling point for me was how amazing everything else was. But after seeing this, they're making me question why this is going to cost me $2500.

If they're going to charge a premium, their products need to be premium.

I'm sharing this stuff in the Facebook group. They need to get all of this as close to spot on as possible at this price point. You're exactly right.

I appreciate the criticism regarding the "granny pants" - at first glance I really didn't care, but seeing the side by side photos, you guys are right - it does give some pause for thought.

Personally, I'm not 100% sure it's a deal breaker, but again, you guys are right - at this price, there should be little to no compromise.

Is anyone ready to cancel because of this?

I don't know if I could bring myself to cancel it but these issues are just annoying.

The statue looks great from the front which is of course how it'll be displayed but when you're spending the kind of money that we do on these they should be perfect or near perfect. Having completely oversized shorts that are innacurate to both the movie and the prototype, as well as potentially baggy stockings that wrinkle up at the knees don't exactly meet that criteria.

Maybe I'm nitpicking but even Sideshow and Prime 1 handled both of these issues better for a fraction of the price.
