The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Ugh my non smiling portrait has pieces of the hair broken. The last 2 XM statues I have received have breakage(Darth Maul the other). Very frustrated by this. Sadly I have to contact Todd from Spec Fiction again.

If I ever sell her I would probably only do a local sale in order to avoid shipping her.. I wouldn't want to take a chance on the hair breaking...

Anyone that had breakage on the hair on their Storm portrait is XM replacing this entire portrait? This is so frustrating. The last 3 statues I have received all have had breakage of some sort.

Just out of curiosity...for anyone that owns this Storm:

1) Is she made to intentionally lean bit backward? Sometimes, photos make it seem like she's not properly aligned with her back straight.

2) Is her skin lighter (like say, Halle Berry skin tone) or darker like the official XM photos? I personally like the darker skin tone contrasting with the white costume, but I can't tell what her real skin tone is between photos and videos I see and the official XM photos.

I can’t say anything about the lean because my storm isn’t displayed yet but the skin tone is lighter than xm official pics. I remember there were early videos that showed the lighter skin accurately. I’ll try and dig up some pics, but as for now I would say Halle Berry would be pretty close. Ha Ha! Just typing this I remembered she was storm. Totally forgot.

Ahh, thanks Gold. Was really curious if all the light in photos and videos made her skin look lighter than the official photos, or if she was just painted that way.

Yes, Storm is posed to “lean” slightly back. It isn’t really a lean per se, but more how her body looks in the pose.
She is also, the lighter skin tone like XM originally showed.
