Anyone play the original game? "Santa" brought it for my 5and 9year old daughters. The 5year old was amused for a bit but the 9year old never got into it at all (despite LOVING Minecraft and other creation games).

I found the innocuous nature of the game very bland and unappealing myself and the inability to use who you like in the mission based "playsets" was both infuriating and a blatant cash grab on Disney's part.

I love the Skylander series so I thought for sure i'd like infinity, it bored the hell out of me, the horrible selection of characters was partly to blame for that and this one is probably going to be as bad, it's just nuts to me that we got 2 Johnny Depp figures yet not a friggin Donald Duck. as for marvel the only Disney super heroes I want to play as are Darkwing Duck & Gizmoduck

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I actually enjoyed this more then I thought I would. I'm a big Disney fan and wanted to try this when it went on sale a few weeks ago. It's simple and I wanted to play a simple game.

I do understand that not being able to play the characters you want anywhere is a major setback. Or the characters already out don't have proper playset like Jack Skellington. I have a fun time playing the Cars set with my little sister and we played for hours but she is 14 so she understands what she has to do.

I'm not that big into the Marvel heroes and wanted other characters like Wolverine instead. So this might not add that much playtime since they are focusing on the Avengers
