For me, it's how fantastic some of them look. Also different poses can be positioned with their arms, legs and weapons etc.

Keeping them in the box will mean they stay mint and is cool but I usually don't have the self control to do that. Also I like to feel their shape as well as enjoy seeing the back of them and all different angles too. True, they are easier to dust when in the packages but I have found the compressed air spray cans work great for dusting the ones that have been liberated. I often say "set free" instead of liberated.....not sure why. ...liberated may seem too highbrow.

Just saw the THor and Cap figures at Wal-Mart today. The three Thor figures look pretty good. The two Caps look okay but the SJ Nick Fury looks pretty nice.

I went to TRU earlier this week and they had about 10 sets.

Just got my Thor and Loki from ebay!!

Yeah Thor is just a re-release from the Hasbro Blob wave but with better paint apps...

Loki is new, and a really nice figure!! They re-used the DocSamson to make him so he now looks more of a threat to my SDCC Thor! I think i even like him better than the ToyBiz Loki figure!! And the face sculpt is fantastic!!

Loki is deffo worth getting!!
