Hello everyone,

I'm a Masters of the Universe action figures collector since 2001 and I will now start my statue collection with He-Man from Sideshow.

Hopefully, we will see the current version of Skeletor with the announced modifications due to Mattel and with his alternate head/face on New York Comic-Con next week.

As a MotU collector and "starting" your statues collection...I am not trying to , but have you checked out Pop Culture Shock's MotU lines?

Yes, I am aware of this products. The Filmation style is not the right style for statues imho (except Teela - I must admit, her Filmation statue looks great).

The realistic He-Man/Battle Cat set looks good, but somehow it's the same style like the action figures again.

I liked the Sideshow He-Man style right from the first teaser and when I saw him and Skeletor on display at SDCC, it was clear I must have them.

actually don't mind the sideshow take on motu, sideshow are pretty chiseled and extremely detailed looking, i like how the cape is removable on he-man, he looks better to me that way ..skeletor looks amazing...which means battlecat might have that high detailed battle armour look.i personally prefer the pcs filmation line because its what i grew up with..but then the pcs battlecat was pretty awesome

Anyone got a code for discount for He-Man? None I ever find seem to be any good on him?

Would like to see some new pictures of Skeletor and the changes Mattel has demanded.

I would imagine the change was his skin color. Less black and more blue is my guess.

I'm borderline praying that isn't the case. I like this modern version with the onyx-colored skin.
