Final Purchases of 2013

Would like to share what I acquired / received this month and I don't think I'll be receiving anything anymore this year.
I have received final scans of my recent commissions and purchases but I don't normally show them before I receive it in hand. Don't wanna jinx it

Wolverine by Adam Kubert

This is a dream come true. He is at the top of my most favorite Wolverine artist ever and he rarely accepting commission. So when he did for NYCC I jumped right away as I did not know when else I will have the same opportunity again. I'm so happy to be able to get one from him.

Batman by Andy Kubert

Another Kubert whose works I've been in love with. Could not get a commission from him but this will do for now.

The Amazing Spider-man #682 : Ends of The Earth Part 1 cover by Gabriele Dell'Otto.

I love and just can't get enough of his works.
Simply love it!

This baby is now framed and hanged proudly in my game room.

Wolverine by Leinil Yu

http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryP...34&GSub=135326

Leinil is another one of who I think is the definitive Wolverine artist. I have 2 other Wolverines from him but none of them are full figure. So when he was conducting the charity event to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan, I contributed, and he did this for me. I was so happy.

Silver Surfer: War of Heroes by Adi Granov

http://www.comicartfans.com/galleryp...?piece=1078563

Another one that I feel very fortunate to be able to acquire.
It was love at first sight for me.
It's is now framed and displayed as well.
My wife still can't believe that this is traditionally done.

Witchblade by Siya Oum

http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryP...27&GSub=146183

Watch for this artist, she's gonna be a superstar one day. I could not believe my eyes how beautiful it is when I first received it. I highly recommend getting one from her. It's like a hybrid of Michael Turner's art and JSC's.

Magik by Sami Basri

http://www.comicartfans.com/galleryp...?piece=1080570

Now this one I wasn't planning on getting to be honest. Sami's been working exclusively for DC Comics, Powergirl, Supergirl, JLA, the Flash, Voodoo, etc. I'm more of a Marvel guy, especially mutants.
I blamed him for showing me this .
This one is rather special too because he doesn't normally heavily render his works, even for the covers, but this one has exceptional details.
Here's a close up look at her face to show you what I meant:

Daredevil by Peter Nguyen

Please don't joke that it should be Batman on there (Affleck)

Spider-man 2099 by Sajad Shah

http://www.comicartfans.com/galleryp...?piece=1079530

Have been wanting to get one from him. Did not disappoint.

X-23 by Lynne Yoshii

Also another impulse pick up. Will try to get a full body commission from her later.

So far 2013 has been good to me and I managed to get all my art goals.

Now looking forward to 2014

He'll of a way to end a year. That's more pieces than I've bought in the past few years!

All great pieces but that Silver Surfer by Adi Granov is about as good as it gets for me. Congrats!

Holy smokes those are ALL stunning.

My faves Kuberts (super jealous), Granov, and Oum's.

Congrats on getting a fresh new Adam K commission. It's wonderful.
